The team came together within the travel trade, following their own workplaces closing during lockdown 1, and are therefore empathetic about offering an alternative  marketing solution in response to COVID-19, understanding marketing budgets and strategies will never be the same again. 

fierce, fast-paced and motivated team  transformed this into a positive, knowing that together we could offer every solution a company needs to open, flourish and, in the eventuality, handle closure. Bringing extensive B2B, travel trade and e-commerce experience, as well as graphic design, copywriting and website expertise, we work expeditiously to deliver your business needs.

Meet The Team

Emma-Jane Nutbrown

Founder & Managing Director

Formerly Head of Sales & Marketing for the most successful travelling exhibition in the world, Director of Sales & Marketing for the “top horror attraction in the world”, Director of Sales & Commercial Development for the UK’s number 1 family site and app, and Head of Account Management at LivingSocial; Emma-Jane has a wealth of experience in the industry and taking lead on commercial sales strategies. She understands how to create sales plans that optimise a return on investment, delivering the best user experience through the most effective use of budget.

Emma-Jane is also founder of Britain Unites, a nationwide initiative campaigning for NHS workers on behalf of the travel sector, and co-founder and podcast host of Inside Travel Trade, a forum designed to help other travel business owners by sharing news & insights, and bringing the community together at a time the industry needs to support each other the most. 

Karen Sloane

Business Development Manager

Formerly Head of Global Sales for Etihad Airways, and Account Director UK/Europe/Middle East for 5* hotel chain Crystalbrook Collection. Karen was responsible for developing Etihad’s presence in tour operator, wholesalers and independent luxury operator programmes, implementing global agreements and managing Etihad’s global marketing budget for their key accounts including Tui, Thomas Cook, and Kuoni, it is evident Karen joins our team with a wealth of experience in the travel and tourism industry.

Highly energised and enthusiastic for all travel related businesses, Karen thrives on face to face interaction with clients, and will meet with all of our clients to discover how we can create the best business & sales plans for you.

Faeiza Sharifi

Marketing Manager

Faeiza is a creative graduate in International Business with Marketing, committed to delivering excellence in all things marketing and design, and successful in building strong relationships to achieve positive client satisfaction.

Faeiza has worked in the travel and hospitality industry at Bubba Gump, Rainforest Café, and most recently the prestigious LSQ rooftop, where she successfully increased company revenue by closing leads on special events, grew social media awareness and performance, while setting strategic marketing direction through direct, digital and social marketing.

She brings young, strategic and artistic solutions to promote, analyse and market materials in line with your brand identity.

Jamie McGuinness

Head of Technology and Systems

Having devoted his career to working in admissions and ticketing environments, Jamie always strives for the best possible solution(s) for both the company and its customers. Remaining impartial, he delivers strong recommendations for analysis and even stronger digital solutions. At BWL, Jamie championed the original website build as well as the redesign project.

Jamie spent 10 years at the London Eye where he was responsible for the integration and connectivity of their ticketing programmes. This included the smooth operational running of all systems which saw 3.5million tickets through the door each year! Having worked at some of the Capital’s top attractions, you can rest assured that Jamie will develop your products to ensure maximisation of profit combined with a user-friendly website experience that builds your customers’ trust.
